From the beginning of his startup journey, it was essential to Dan MacGregor that his next venture allowed for more scalability and was purpose-led and values-driven. Dan MacGregor co-founded the award-winning, global digitalization and IoT company, Nexxiot over 8 years ago. In this episode, he shares a wealth of startup knowledge, useful for anyone starting a business.

Dan shares the story of his upbringing in Lancashire and we learn about where he got the inspiration to build Nexxiot. We learn about the risky job that Dan took after moving to the US after finishing university. Dan went on to build up 15 years of experience in recruitment before ultimately co-founding his own business.
